Stefano Stecca was born in the Romagna region of Italy, well known for its culinary excellence, Stefano has always been passionate about simple cooking and expressing his country's traditional cuisine in a modern light, showcasing the flavours and perfumes of excellent ingredients.
Having worked at some of Italy's most celebrated restaurants, the two Michelin starred 'La Frasca' in Castrocaro and 'S.Domenico' in Imola as well as Zafferano, Floriana and Brunello in London, this experience has given Stefano a rich culinary repertoire that he happily showcases at Osterai Stecca.
